The MAGDA Studios & Apartments commit itself to comply fully with the Greek Health Protocols regarding hygiene for the operation of summer accommodation units. We will be welcoming our guests always by keeping the required safety measures and distances.

Summary of the measures that apply are:

Check-in is now at 16:00 and check-out is at 11:00 so that the procedures can be carried out safely and ensure additional time for the thorough cleaning of the rooms.

Social distancing is a necessary practice in our hotel’s public settings. Please be mindful of other guests and keep minimum a 2 meter distance. Personal protective equipment is used by staff and handshakes are avoided.

We refrain from providing daily housekeeping service. Rooms will be cleaned every two days, change of linen and towels is twice a week (on arrival plus once during a week’s stay). Should you prefer more frequent cleaning please inform us on arrival. Guest rooms will be deep cleaned and disinfected prior to arrival. In order to obtain better cleaning and hygiene standards, all kinds of decorative objects are removed.

All linen and towels are washed at 70°c or above; clean and dirty items are transferred to the laundry room by using separate bags that are then destroyed.

Keys are disinfected and left on the door on arrival, please leave them at the same place when you are departing (safety deposit box keys to be left on the safe box). The AC control units are sterilized also prior to the arrival and covered in film.

If a guest is suspected with the virus, we will follow the Action Plan as per the legislation of the Hellenic Ministry of Health.

According to the protocols, the umbrellas and the sunbeds around the pool must have a distance between them of at least 2 meters away from each other and in each direction.

In the pool is allowed one person per 5 sq. m. of water surface. Before and after using the swimming pool clients must take a shower. It is recommended to wash your feet before entering the pool as well as the constant use of anti-slip flip flops outside. Please do not use swimming pools, in case of skin conditions, open wounds etc.

Guests are requested to take self-protective measures and adhere to the COVID-19 relevant rules to minimize any exposure to the virus. Guests acknowledge the contagious nature of COVID-19 and the risk of exposure or infection of the virus. For this reason the MAGDA does not accept any liability and guests agree to withhold the property from any claims of any kind arising out of, or relating thereto.

In cases where sickness occurs during the stay, please notify us immediately. A specialised health care professional will see to you. In case of a serious sickness, you may be requested to receive appropriate care from a nearby healthcare facility. During epidemics, we are entitled to employ precautionary measures within our judgment or as required by the set protocols of the local authorities.

We have developed a personal data protection policy according to EU GDPR, which includes all personal data collection and handling in order to comply with COVID-19 prevention of spread legislation and public health guidelines of the Greek Authorities.

Laminated leaflets with relevant information are available so they can be sterilized.
