Koukounaries is one of the most beautiful locations in Skiathos with one of the finest beaches in all the Greek islands. Lying on the island’s southwestern tip, this kilometer of white sand is the mother of all beaches. Unwinding itself along a horseshoe bay between fragrant, thick pine groves and sparkling blue waters, it is the most photographed and popular beach in Skiathos with excellent facilities. You easily find a sun bed and sunshade, water sports and beach cafes supplying ice cold drinks, refreshments and snacks. There are plenty of tavernas and international-style eateries that oblige you for a delicious meal. Alternatively, grab a bus to Skiathos Town, the island’s stylish capital, to amble around its craft shops, jewelers and waterfront bars.

If you prefer to relax and swim on a quieter beach instead, there is another half a dozen beaches within walking distance from the property!
